Food Policy
Cathay Pacific Airways dining is built around passengers. The food served in the economy, and premium economy cabins of Cathay Pacific caters to different tastes and meal types. Passengers can select from a variety of meal and drink options onboard, including alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, Hindu meals, Halal meals, Western-style dishes, Asian dishes, and a wide variety of snacks. Cathay Pacific Airways food policy ensures that all dishes onboard follow international aviation policies.
Customers are served hot and cold snacks and non-alcoholic beverages on short-haul flights. An entree, a main dish, and a dessert are offered on long-haul flights in addition to snacks and beverages.
Cathay Pacific Airways Economy and Premium Economy Cabin Food Services:-
Passengers chartering economy and premium economy cabins are served a disposable snack bag, a handheld snack bag and a full meal course followed by a dessert. Main meals are Shredded pork and preserved vegetables, light soya sauce paired with steamed jasmine rice, Penne pasta, roasted vegetables, and tomato sauce; Seared US beef steak, onion marmalade, roasted root vegetables, parsley potato mash, and mushroom jus, and Paccheri with zucchini, eggplant, and tomato.
Cathay Pacific Airways First Class and Business Cabin Food Services:-
Business and First Class passengers are given dine-on-demand services and access exclusive witness and champagnes to complement their main meal services. The following food items are served: Oatmeal porridge with coconut yoghurt roasted pears and walnuts; Hong Kong sampan congee with dim sum selection Scallop and shrimp dumpling, beef siu mai, Chiu Chow dumpling; Open-faced omelette with ricotta, basil and cherry tomatoes; Mak’s signature wonton noodles in soup, in partnership with Mak’s Noodle and Piri piri ling fish with grilled lime and mojo verde sauce, charred baby corn, steamed kale, coconut rice.
