- Cancellation made after 72-hours of booking is not eligible
Refund for any refund.
- We receive the cancellation request only over the phone
- We do not receive any cancellation request via email or chatfund
- Most of the cancellations are non-refundable
- We do not guarantee the refund after the cancellation as it depends on the refund policies of hotel and airlines

- All the cancellations that are made within 72-hours of the booking are only eligible for the refund
- We refund the amount to the same account from which the booking was made
- In case of other method of payment, the refund will be issued in the Cheque
- It takes around 10-15 days for the refund process to be completed
- Banks will take some extra days for the amount to be reflected on the bank statement of your account
- Sometimes, it may take around 60-90 days for the refund to be processed and reflected on the bank account statement
- We do not refund the service charge, except in the case of full refund
