West Coast Cities:-
In brunch, seasonal fresh fruits and a warmed croissant with butter and jam are served. The main entree items are Hawaiian Sweet Potato Hash, Cage Free Scrambled Eggs with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, and Canadian Bacon with Honey Mustard Sauce. Supper is given in the passenger's bed and has the following items:
- Appetizer- Baby Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, and Kalamata Olives.
- Main Entrée- Chicken Schnitzel with Lilikoi Mustard Sauce, Braised Red Cabbage, Warm Red Bliss Potato Salad; Zucchini and Pea Risi e Bisi (Rice and Zucchini and Peas). Select one of the dishes.
- Dessert- Opera Cake by Executive Chef Michelle Karr-Ueoka and La Tour Café
Boston and New York:-(Lunch/Dinner )
